What are we doing?
M International Co., Ltd. (Japan) is a joint venture between Royal Polestar Co., Ltd. (Myanmar) and Myanmar Seafarer Recruitment (Tomoyuki).
The two companies jointly provide crew management services.
RPS is based in Myanmar and holds valid international licenses and certifications.
As a crew agency, M International is RPS's official representative office in Japan.
They are responsible for coordination, document preparation, and communication on the Japanese side.
The two companies operate as "One Team" (RPS × M INTER),building a strong relationship between Japan and the US, and supporting boat owners as a cruise partner.
